Preserving Breed Type, Structure, Health, and Temperament
Residing in Oregon, we are Black and Tan Coonhound lovers, enthusiasts, and breed advocates. We have a network of mentors and friends who share our love for the preservation of this wonderful breed and are the foundation that has allowed us to endeavor to produce Black and Tan Coonhound puppies of quality health, structure, and temperament.

We believe in evaluating the physical structure of our coonhounds on an individual basis, and using that information to make educated choices in our breeding decisions. We health screen our dogs to ensure that we are giving each potential puppy the best possible odds at a long and healthy life with their families. The temperament of the Black and Tan Coonhound is one that is unique and should be loved and embraced for it's independence and sense of humor, as well as it's stubbornness and instinct to hunt.

When we produce and place a puppy not only is the new owner gaining a new family member, but the Toodaloo family is gaining new family members as well. We want our puppy owners to feel like we are a part of their support network, and cherish the friendships created with all of the people who love our dogs as much as we do. We like our puppy owners to value this as much as we do.

Bubba was quite possibly the happiest hound I've had the privilege of knowing. His exuberance and love of everyone and every activity was unmatched. He had acquired his AKC conformation championship, novice trick dog title, and was half way to his UKC championship at the time of his untimely passing. He was beyond loved by all who met him and will be forever remembered as My Best Good Friend.

Sam is wild, sassy, and a true coonhound. She has earned her AKC Grand Championship & UKC Championship, novice trick dog, united weight-pull, and advanced precision coursing titles. Her next adventure is finishing her FastCat BCAT while we wait for that final bench show to place at for her AKC coonhound bench Championship.

Full of energy and goof, he keeps us on our toes and is probably the reason we are laughing (and swearing) most days around the house. He brought home a Best Of The Best from an 8-show cluster his first puppy show at 4-months, and was awarded Best of Breed at his first show at 6-months. He's young and growing and we're excited to watch him mature.

Sweet and snuggly, he's the balance to his brother's antics. He's the couch-hound people dream of having as a pet and we've been letting him grow up before getting him out and showing. The product of an outcross pairing, he and Gremlin bring very different virtues with them when thinking of the future and we are very excited with the possibilities!
